Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Property Evaluation:

1. Conduct thorough market analysis to assess the local demographics and competitive landscape of a given area.

2. Evaluate properties based on their suitability, considering factors such as accessibility, visibility, and overall appeal.

Site Inspections & Reporting:

1. Conduct site inspections to gather information about the property, including its condition, zoning regulations, and any other relevant details.

2. Prepare detailed reports summarizing the key findings and recommendations for each property inspected.

Negotiation Support:

1. Assist senior managers in negotiating lease agreements or purchase contracts with landlords or brokers.

2. Coordinate the gathering of necessary documents and follow-up communication with property owners or agents.

Document Management & Communication:

1. Work closely with internal teams to compile and review documents related to property acquisition and agreements.

2. Maintain updated records of property details, contracts, and approvals.

Vendor & Broker Relations:

1. Build relationships with real estate agents and developers to stay informed about new listings and market trends.

2. Manage broker communications and coordinate inquiries regarding available properties.

Regulatory Compliance:

1. Ensure all legal requirements are met for selected properties.

2. Support in obtaining necessary permits and approvals in coordination with relevant teams.

Reporting & Feedback:

1. Provide regular updates on the status of property acquisitions for management.

2. Offer feedback on challenges and opportunities during the acquisition process.

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and negotiation

• Understanding of local real estate laws and regulations

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate market trends

• Organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
