  • A dedicated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail consultant is required to provide subject matter expertise, solution design, and implementation services.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in MS D365 Retail implementation and support.
  • Strong expertise in POS, MPOS, CPOS, and Tokenization.
  • Proven experience in Payment Integrations and Refund processes.
  • Solid understanding of both functional workflows and technical configurations within MS D365 Retail.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
