AI Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned AI leader to spearhead the development of our Large Language Model (LLM). As Director of Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the overall architecture for the LLM, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing a technical strategy and creating a roadmap in line with organizational goals.
  • Deciding on the technology stack, frameworks, and tools for LLM development and deployment.
  • Overseeing integration of data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure.
  • Identifying potential technical risks and defining mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders for cohesive implementation.
  • Staying updated with AI advancements and incorporating best practices to improve LLM capabilities.

Required Skills:

  • AI/ML Expertise: Deep knowledge in AI, ML, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Software Architecture: Strong grasp of scalability, modularity, and security principles.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
  • Data Architecture: Knowledge of big data technologies, data pipeline design, and data management practices.
  • MLOps: Expertise in CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring for ML models.
  • Leadership: Ability to guide technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
