About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Renewbuy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic and business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance our search engine rankings and drive high-quality traffic to our platform.
  • Oversee and manage content planning, creation, and optimization processes to align with business goals and audience needs.
  • Leverage digital marketing techniques such as on-page and off-page SEO, content marketing, and other organic growth tactics to maximize our platform's visibility.
  • Manage paid campaigns to drive business, leads, and revenue for consumers and B2B verticals.
  • Own the digital leads funnel, which is consumed by the internal teams to continually improve funnel numbers and overall revenue.
  • Establish and refine internal processes that support SEO and content initiatives, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
  • Manage teams and vendors to drive decision-making.
  • Analyze data to track performance, uncover trends, and make informed decisions that drive improvements in traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to align content and SEO strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously optimizing strategies to maintain competitive edge and adapt to algorithm changes.

Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content strategy roles with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and business growth.
  • Expertise in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant platforms.
  • Paid marketing tools (Google, Meta, others) is a must.
  • Automation tools such as WebEngage is preferable.
  • Demonstrated experience in content planning, creation, and optimization to enhance user experience and SEO performance.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and analytics to drive decisions and strategy adjustments.
  • Experience in establishing and managing internal processes related to content creation and optimization.
  • Ability to blend creativity with strategic insights to drive growth.
