Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of our IT service management tool, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with other IT administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configurations changes and or requests.
  • Work closely with business teams to gather input and support ongoing business needs for configuration implementation and support.
  • Participate in discussions with business analysts and designers to refine test and debug programs to meet business needs.
