Front-End Development Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Web Developer to lead the development and maintenance of cutting-edge web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver modern, high-performance digital experiences across browsers and devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Front-End Architecture: Design and implement scalable front-end architecture using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Mentor Junior Developers: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices.
  • Translate UI/UX Designs: Translate high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional, mobile-first web components.
  • Ensure Performance and Accessibility: Ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG compliance).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and back-end teams.
  • Champion Front-End Standards: Champion and implement front-end standards, reusable components, and design systems.
  • Evaluate Tools and Frameworks: Evaluate and integrate new tools, libraries, or frameworks where beneficial.
  • Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Troubleshoot complex UI/UX bugs and compatibility issues.
  • Contribute to Technical Roadmaps: Contribute to front-end technical roadmaps and architectural decisions.

Responsibilities include leading front-end architecture, mentoring junior developers, translating UI/UX designs into functional web components, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility, collaborating cross-functionally, championing front-end standards, evaluating new tools and frameworks, troubleshooting complex UI/UX bugs and compatibility issues, and contributing to front-end technical roadmaps and architectural decisions.
