Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role or equivalent education and professional experience.
• Proven track record of providing technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with virtual and in-person teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
