We are seeking an Identity Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions. This role will involve:

  • Designing provisioning, lifecycle automation (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), access certifications, and self-service capabilities.
  • Developing and automating end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Building custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols.
  • Authoring secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for rule, workflow, and report logic.
  • Maintaining SailPoint environments with incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting.
Key Responsibilities
  1. To develop and maintain IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions that meet the organization's needs.
  2. To design, build, and test custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols.
  3. To develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules.
  4. To author secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for rule, workflow, and report logic.
  5. To monitor and support SailPoint environments with incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell), and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations.
