Key Responsibilities

  • Work with diverse data sources to extract features, develop ETL pipelines, utilise reinforcement learning, and either create new models or fine-tune existing ones.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in traditional application engineering and a knack for defining and solving both closed and open-ended problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI goals, lead AI initiatives, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Implement strategies for model optimisation, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Uphold AI ethics, ensure data privacy, and comply with relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years in product engineering, with a significant focus on AI/ML projects.
  • Expertise in several or similar technologies, such as Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), ML algorithms like KNN, SVM, Decision Trees, DBSCAN, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting, etc.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proficiency in Python/R or Equivalent Tech Stack Libraries (scikit-Learn, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, D3.js).
