**Job Title:** Performance Test Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our organization. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • This role involves working closely with our team to design, develop, and maintain high-performance systems and applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance testing, system analysis, and engineering with agile practices.
  • They will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in service availability, performance, and efficiency, and implementing metrics, monitoring, and incident response processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance testing strategies to ensure high-quality and efficient software systems.
  • Analyze and improve the performance of existing systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize performance-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective monitoring and reporting tools to track system performance.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in performance testing, system analysis, and engineering with agile practices.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner and JMeter.
  • Proficient in Monitoring tools like APPD, Grafana, Splunk etc.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies like AWS Cloud.
  • Experience with automation frameworks like Harness.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
