Job Description

The company delivers end-to-end home interior and renovation solutions, encompassing modular solutions, furniture, false ceilings, soft furnishings, décor, civil works, and more.

It serves homeowners across diverse market segments in India and Singapore.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage designing projects for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers.
  • Ensure the productivity and work output of the design team.
  • Manage customer experience and relationships.
  • Improve design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
  • Train designers on technical details where required.
  • Lead design discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's qualification preferably B.Arch, B.Interior Design.
  • Masters or specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.
  • At least 3 years' experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager.
  • Delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
