Frontend Software Engineer Role

Assist in the development and maintenance of the frontend of a mobile application, collaborate with backend developers to support API integration, contribute to delivering a consistent and user-friendly interface, write clean and maintainable code under senior engineers' guidance, support testing and debugging efforts to ensure software quality, and participate in code reviews and team meetings to learn and contribute to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining high-quality frontend components using React Native or comparable hybrid app JS-based frameworks
  • Collaborating with the backend team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of a user-friendly interface that meets the needs of our target audience
  • Writing clean and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices
  • Participating in testing and debugging efforts to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Engaging in code reviews and team meetings to share knowledge, receive feedback, and contribute to ongoing projects

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science, with proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
  • Working knowledge of React Native or comparable hybrid app JS-based frameworks, with experience in developing high-quality frontend components
  • Demonstrable experience with frontend development from university projects, with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable code
  • Sufficient competency in UI/UX design, with the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
