Job Opportunity: Full-Stack AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our team of innovative professionals. This is an exceptional chance to build the future of AI and work with top companies in the US.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and optimizing AI models using efficient production-ready code.
  • Evaluating model performance through testing and ranking outputs.
  • Fine-tuning models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Raising the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.
  • Innovating by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfort with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker (a must-have).
  • Clear communication skills to explain your work in excellent English.

Bonus points if you have hands-on experience with LLMs, test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
