Manufacturing Transformation Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing. You will leverage Industry 4.0 roadmaps to drive cost-out programs and shape future-ready value streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end diagnostics across plants/value streams to baseline KPIs and prioritize value creation.
  • Design and deliver cost-out programs focusing on Lean, TPM, yield & scrap reduction, energy/utilities optimization, maintenance strategy, and network/footprint.
  • Pilot and scale Industry 4.0 technologies such as MES, SCADA/historian, IoT/edge, digital twins, APS, and advanced quality analytics to achieve measurable EBITDA impact.
  • Build business cases and benefit-tracking models; present to CXO/board; drive change on shop floor through client capability building.
  • Manage multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners, ensuring data, cyber, and safety considerations.
  • Coach and manage consulting teams, contributing to proposals and thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations, or technology domains.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end client engagements and programs.
  • Strong leadership, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and core consulting skills.
  • Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and track record of executing high-impact initiatives.
