We are currently seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive quality control processes for our software products.

This individual will be responsible for driving quality and performance by creating detailed test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing manual test plans and test cases for web applications to guarantee user requirements are met and the application performs optimally under various scenarios.
  • Conducting functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple platforms to identify defects and facilitate timely resolution.
  • Collaborating with developers and product managers to comprehend requirements and provide insightful feedback on design and usability.
  • Developing thorough documentation for test procedures and results.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in manual testing of web-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in crafting clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans.
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience in database testing.
  • Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
