We are seeking a proactive and skilled CA Qualified Internal Audit Manager who can effectively manage internal audit assignments or lead audit teams under supervision. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience in conducting audits, identifying gaps, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth.Audit Responsibilities:
- Independently oversee internal audit assignments or lead high-performing audit teams- Conduct thorough process walkthroughs, test internal controls, and identify process gaps to inform strategic decisions
- Develop high-quality audit reports with practical and value-adding recommendations to support business improvements
- Collaborate with client teams to gather data and participate in discussions to ensure seamless execution of audit tasks in line with client and internal requirements.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)- 0-2 years of relevant experience in internal auditing with a focus on the healthcare industry
- Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills to effectively engage stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and audit tools to streamline workflows
Preferred Skills:
