Role Summary

A qualified and enthusiastic Academic Mentor is required to nurture the growth of young students in classes 1 to 5.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt innovative teaching methodologies. They will be responsible for designing engaging lessons across various subjects, fostering conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and application-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver effective lessons that cater to the needs of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' academic progress, emotional well-being, and social skills.
  • Establish effective classroom management and communicate with parents regarding student progress.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching at the primary level.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to integrate digital learning tools and innovative teaching practices.
