Your Role as IT Supervisor - Administrative Lead
The IT Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned team members, ensuring the highest quality support services for Withum's desktop environment and user experience. You will act as a technical lead, planning and implementing service initiatives that align with the firm's strategic plan. This role requires excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, as well as demonstrated managerial and mentoring abilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Operational Management: Ensure efficient operation of subordinate team members, sustain service level agreements, maintain documentation for policies and procedures, and design future support offerings under IT Leadership guidance.
• Strategy & Planning: Contribute to strategic technology planning, understand business needs, educate staff on technology, and stay up-to-date with key service development/issues within the industry.
• Leadership: Provide direction and support to the service team, help develop personal goals, coach team members, identify areas of responsibility, select and assign staff, evaluate performance, and verify work assignments and techniques.

Requirements
• Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, minimum 7-10 years of hands-on service experience, proven successful execution/completion of technology projects, and expertise in Windows 10 management technologies, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Intune.
• Personal Attributes: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, demonstrated managerial and mentoring abilities, naturally self-motivated, detailed-oriented, resourceful, innovative problem-solving abilities, passion for technology service, and willingness to travel and adapt to changing work schedules.
