Frontend Engineering Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Engineering Leader to spearhead the frontend development efforts for our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of frontend developers, mentoring and supporting them in their roles.
  • Develop and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to align on requirements and ensure seamless integrations.
  • Participate actively in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Design and build responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications that meet the highest standards.
  • Demonstrate expertise across a range of frontend technologies and frameworks, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a strong command over React and React Native.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is an advantage.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.) and familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox, with excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
