Content Strategist

We are seeking a creative and result-oriented content strategist to join our fast-growing team. This role involves researching, developing and maintaining crisp user-friendly technical content for our new and existing products.

  • Must have:
  • 2-4 years of experience in similar role with expertise in various tools like Jira Service Desk, Jira confluence, Wiki or similar tools.
  • Ability to communicate with internal teams to gather information.
  • Ability to generate clear, concise and technically accurate content that maximizes product performance.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management System Document.
  • Ability to bring innovative ideas and concepts to improve content creation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent grammatical skills.
