About this role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cash Flow Coordinator to support the financial well-being of our organization. This position is crucial in ensuring timely collection of receivables, maintaining accurate records, and driving overall financial health.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing accounts receivable ledger, generating and sending invoices, following up on overdue payments, reconciling customer accounts, and preparing aging reports. They will also collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and maintain accurate records of all transactions and collections.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable ledger to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Generate and send invoices to clients/customers.
  • Follow up on overdue payments via email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and collections.
  • Assist with month-end closing and audit processes.
