  • Manage a team of engineers to ensure seamless delivery of service demands.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with various teams across the business.
  • Lead team briefings, deploy team members efficiently, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective team management and leadership
  • Ensuring team adherence to EHS and Quality policies
  • Providing real-time performance updates and ensuring process compliance
  • Maintaining open communication with team members and providing regular feedback
  • Driving continuous improvement and team development initiatives
  • Developing and reviewing team skills matrices and identifying training needs
  • Achieving SQCD targets for train maintenance and renovation/modernization activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience or understanding of rolling stock maintenance (preferably 6-8 years)
  • Knowledge of rail depot operations and rail industry regulations
  • Familiarity with SAP - GSI and Network Rail Rules and Regulations
  • AIR (Agile, Inclusive & Responsible) values behavior
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team.
