Job Summary:- To work closely with our Finance team to design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide real-time insights into financial performance and drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for financial performance, operational KPIs, and management information systems.
- Lead or support ERP implementation projects to ensure seamless integration with finance processes.
- Manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements to maintain compliance with internal controls.
- Provide expert technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
- Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications to ensure knowledge sharing and efficiency.
- Train Finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
- Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
- Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
- Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
- Prior experience in a law firm, professional services, or consulting environment.
- Exposure to automation of finance workflows and process improvements.
- Experience working with SQL or other data sources for reporting.
