Job Title: Process Policy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Implementation and Adherence: Ensure implementation and adherence of all compliance-related items, including external and internal audits.
  • Strengthen Systems and Processes: Strengthen systems, control, and processes for robust internal and external compliance.
  • Liaison with Departments: Liaise with different departments to ensure strict adherence to RBI related circulars.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Responsible for all regulatory reporting related to policies and processes, including reporting to RBI / AML / CPU teams.
  • Policies and Processes: Determine the impact of introducing new or revised policies for Branches, Customers, and Products.
  • Continuity and Integration: Serve as a focal point to ensure continuity, proper integration, and implementation of new or revised policies and processes.
  • Synergies and Efficiencies: Build synergies and efficiencies by way of customer-centric processes.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Interact and coordinate with multiple product teams and business functions for effective and efficient delivery within specified timelines.
  • Policy Guidelines: Draft and review process guidelines for Product Teams; act as a mediator for answering questions related to policies & processes.
  • Process Optimization: Identify duplicate, redundant, and unproductive tasks in processes with an aim to reduce costs and improve productivity of the front-line staff.
  • Alignment with Guidelines: Ensure processes and policies are aligned to internal and external guidelines.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up policies & processes for Liabilities Products and a Master's degree from a reputable institution.
