Seeking an experienced Steel Casting Operations Manager to lead the revival and optimization of our Electric Arc Furnace for steel casting. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, expertise in EAF management, and a passion for process improvement.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a leading foundry shop unit specializing in high-quality Steel castings and engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements for efficient steel melting and casting, overseeing maintenance, refractory lining, and electrode management, ensuring quality control and defect-free steel casting production, and managing team training, workflow planning, and compliance.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of experience in foundry operations, EAF management, and steel melting. You should also have strong leadership and team management skills, as well as knowledge of steel melting, energy efficiency, and cost control.
