Gun Instructor

We are seeking an accomplished and dedicated Shooting Coach to spearhead our shooting program. This role is pivotal in developing a structured curriculum, promoting skill and discipline, and fostering excellence in the sport.

1. Coaching & Training: Design age-appropriate training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced shooters. Develop students' technical, tactical, and mental skills. Identify talent for competitions and provide individualized guidance.
2. Program Development & Leadership: Establish a structured shooting curriculum aligned with the school's sports vision. Promote shooting as a focus area for concentration and discipline. Coordinate events and talent promotion.
3. Safety & Facility Management: Ensure strict safety protocols at all times. Oversee maintenance of the shooting range, equipment, and accessories. Maintain records of equipment usage and servicing.
4. Assessment & Reporting: Monitor student performance and progress. Share feedback and reports with students, parents, and leadership.
5. Events & Competitions: Prepare students for intra-school, inter-school, and external shooting competitions. Organize events and demonstrations.
6. Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest techniques and technologies. Network with federations and sports bodies to expand opportunities for students.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or equivalent (preferred).
• Certified Shooting Coach certification mandatory.
• Additional certifications in sports psychology or fitness training (desirable).

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Shooting Coach, with a proven track record of coaching at school, academy, or competitive levels.
• Experience training students for district/state/national-level competitions.
• Prior international or progressive school setting experience is an advantage.

• Strong technical expertise in shooting sports (air rifle/air pistol).

• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to work with students of different age groups and skill levels.
