**Role Summary:**

This position is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and underwriting mortgage loans to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

The Conventional Underwriter will examine all documentation for accuracy and completeness, making independent decisions regarding loan acceptance and risk according to HUD and investor guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing loan applications and verifying borrower information

- Degree or Equivalent
