We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our team. As a founding member, you will be responsible for shaping the product vision and defining design systems from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a must.

About the Role:

- Work with founders and product leaders to establish design direction and language

- Lead the 0-1 design journey, building scalable design systems and architecture

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn requirements into compelling designs

- Create information architecture, concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate ideas clearly

- Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating based on data and feedback

- Ensure alignment with product vision, brand consistency, and accessibility standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field

- 4-7 years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer

- Strong portfolio (ideally with B2B SaaS examples) showcasing impactful design work
