Design and Creativity Role

This is a marketing and PR agency that combines creative strategy with tailored content to enhance brand presence.

  • Develop visually appealing content for social media (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
  • Prepare marketing materials for digital and offline use (event invitations, brochures, decks, posters)
  • Collaborate closely with the content and strategy team to bring campaign ideas to life
  • Transform brand guidelines into dynamic visuals that stand out in competitive spaces
  • Assist in creating unique brand IPs and design identities for campaigns

Essential Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva
  • Strong sense of typography, layouts, and design thinking led by brands
  • Ability to translate strategy and storytelling into compelling visuals
  • Eye for detail, aesthetic sensibility, and willingness to experiment with styles

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is beneficial)
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and a knack for storytelling through design
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred (not mandatory if portfolio is strong)
