We are currently seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Specialist eager to join an early-stage startup. Your primary goal will be to identify and engage with relevant, qualified prospects, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how our innovative solution can provide effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Specialize in generating high-quality outbound leads, actively identifying potential customers who align with our target profile.
- Outreach & Engagement: Effectively find and reach out to decision-makers through strategic email campaigns and targeted phone outreach.
- Inquiry Management: Professionally answer incoming calls and email inquiries, providing initial information and guidance to interested prospects.
- Needs Qualification: Develop a keen understanding of prospects' pain points and needs, thoroughly qualifying them for product fit to ensure meaningful engagements.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing our features and benefits in a way that addresses their specific challenges.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage your sales pipeline, maintaining accurate data in CRM, customer support, and other internal software systems to ensure smooth workflow and reporting.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in business development, specifically through email and phone outreach.
- Prior experience working with customers from North America, Australia, or the UK.
- A 'hustler' attitude and a strong willingness to go beyond your comfort zone to achieve targets.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work within a startup culture and contribute to company growth.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective pitching and inquiry handling.
