Interior Design Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Assistant to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Interior Design Assistant, you will provide support to the lead designer and be responsible for accompanying them to client meetings, taking detailed notes, and creating CAD drawings. You will also research materials and pricing, place orders, purchase materials, pick up and deliver, and submit receipts for all purchases and orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Others:

Responsibilities include but not limited to responding to client questions and concerns, project updates, meeting vendors, assisting with installations, submitting detailed hours and mileage log monthly, checking daily client spreadsheet for new tasks and updating status of assigned task end of each day.
