Ambulance Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Network Infrastructure ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational activities of our organization. This role will be responsible for coordinating between teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Expand our ambulance network by locating and interacting with private ambulance operators in identified cities.
- Develop and implement training programs for ambulance owners and their staff to utilize our mobile application effectively.
- Collaborate with the call center team to manage regular ambulance trips.
- Monitor and follow up on payments owed by ambulance operators and users.
- Negotiate rates with ambulance operators for various trips or events.
- Track progress of critical trips, especially outstation trips.
- Resolve issues arising from user, call center, or ambulance owner/staff interactions.
- Educate management on any issues beyond control and participate in mandatory meetings to provide activity updates.
Key Requirements:
- Effective communication skills.
- Able to multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with startup culture.
- Availability during business hours via WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Possess a personal laptop.
- Multilingual (fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil).
