Job Description:

• We are seeking a qualified Music Teacher (Piano/Keyboard) to join our team of instructors.

Responsibilities:

• Teach Children from Age 4 to 14 Online: We require someone with excellent teaching skills to engage and educate children in music through our online platform.
• Ensure Student Enjoyment: As a music teacher, you will be responsible for creating a fun and interactive learning environment that keeps students engaged and motivated.
• Evaluate Student Performance and Provide Recommendations: Regular assessments will help you identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance student performance.
• Conduct Demo Sessions and Convert Students: Your ability to conduct compelling demo sessions will play a crucial role in converting potential students into loyal customers.
• Provide Private and Group Lessons: Depending on the need, you may be required to provide private or group lessons, ensuring each student receives personalized attention.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Formal Education in Music Theory: A degree in music theory or a related field is essential for this role.
• Strong Subject Knowledge: You must have a solid understanding of music theory and keyboard playing techniques.
• Experience in Teaching Keyboard: Prior experience in teaching keyboard or piano is highly desirable.
• Relevant Teaching Experience: At least one year of teaching experience is required for this position.
• Experience with Technology in Education: Familiarity with educational technology would be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Good English communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with students and parents.
