Job Title: System Architect

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Systems Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and a proven track record of supporting application management and general technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and support for SFCC applications.
  • Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of platform issues.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth application functioning.
  • Provide general support for front-end and back-end components using SFCC SiteGenesis, React/PWA, and Node.js.
  • Maintain and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting for performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain shell scripts and automation tools to streamline support tasks.
  • Participate in environment setup, deployment activities, and change management processes.
  • Support integrations with third-party APIs and internal systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) with SiteGenesis.
  • Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and React.js for front-end development.
  • Proficiency in Node.js and shell scripting for automation and support tooling.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
  • Working knowledge of deployment processes and CI/CD in an e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SFRA (Salesforce Reference Architecture).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices in application support.
