Software Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support. They will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server, and .NET Core.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on experience in NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like Angular and React.
