Job Description: Software Development Specialist is required to lead the development of software applications on Windows platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in C# .NET development and WinForms. They should be proficient in object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) principles, with a strong understanding of software development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and design software solutions using C# .NET and WinForms
  • Develop and test software applications on Windows platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Implement software design patterns and best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a process-oriented organization
  • Expertise in C# .NET development and WinForms
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) principles
  • Experience with Agile Scrum development process is preferred
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to debug and fix defects
