Job Description

We are seeking a visionary 3D Blender expert to spearhead the development of our groundbreaking home-building platform.

This is a rare chance to build a complex and scalable system from scratch, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in 3D modeling and rendering.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating products that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Import and clean raw 3D models using Blender (apply transforms, remove unused geometry, merge unnecessary objects).
  • Maintain consistent naming conventions for objects, materials, and textures.
  • Optimize and compress textures for web/mobile performance.
  • Export final assets in .glb/.gltf , .obj, .fbx format with a focus on lightweight file sizes.
  • Document workflows and maintain an organized asset library for the dev team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A skilled blender artist with domain knowledge to contribute to our project and come up with solutions, take charge of 3d.

Proven experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.

Strong understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) principles and practices.
