Tax Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to join our team as a Tax Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in tax advisory, compliance, and client management.
About the RoleThe Tax Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance activities, including filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, and other statutory filings. They will also assist clients with tax technology assets, including licensing and managed services.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will provide training and mentorship to junior team members, lead team meetings, and drive continuous learning within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee tax compliance activities, including filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, and other statutory filings.
- Assist clients with tax technology assets, including licensing and managed services.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
- Lead team meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of experience in Direct Taxation.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance procedures.
- Proven leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex tax concepts clearly.
- A people-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
