  • Portfolio Management: Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, impact, and ROI.
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global stakeholders, present progress updates, and build strong relationships.
  • Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement: Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate goals.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns, establishing clear goals and reporting systems.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and AI governance.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and ownership of outcomes.
