Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Research Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and understanding current bio-manufacturing processes and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze and understand current bio-manufacturing processes and techniques.
  2. Evaluate biochemical processes for compliance with environmental regulations and governmental policies.
  3. Develop sustainable products and waste removal techniques with minimal environmental impact.
  4. Lead experiments, studies, and research initiatives to drive innovation.
  5. Create project plans, allocate resources, and delegate tasks effectively.
  6. Utilize software to develop simulations and models.
  7. Obtain necessary permits and complete patent applications.
  8. Design diagrams and schematics using CAD software.
  9. Collaborate with colleagues to establish quality assurance processes.
  10. Stay up-to-date with new scientific research, attend conferences, and network with professionals.
Requirements
  • Experience in biotechnology research or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
