Visual Designer

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our dynamic team.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of design principles and be able to create engaging visual content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality visual designs that align with our brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Design and deliver banners, website creatives, social media posts, reels, and ad creatives tailored for e-commerce campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms.
  • Work on B2B and B2C marketing projects, ensuring creative output speaks to both audiences.
  • Develop storyboards and short-form videos/reels for digital campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging creative tools to keep the brand's design language fresh and innovative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-commerce or IT products.
  • Proven expertise in B2B and B2C marketing creatives.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital creatives, ad banners, emailers, and reels.
  • Understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles for e-commerce design is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with high-quality output.
