As a Political Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the political landscape.

• Tracking political developments, policies, and electoral trends across Maharashtra is a key responsibility.
• Conducting constituency-level research, voter segmentation, and issue mapping will be a key task.
• Compiling intelligence reports and insights for campaign teams will be essential.
• Monitoring social media and news to identify emerging narratives will be critical.
• Providing data-driven recommendations to digital/content teams will be a significant contribution.

Requirements:

• Experience in political research, polling, advocacy, journalism, or public policy is required.
• Strong analytical and writing skills are necessary.
• Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written) is expected.
• Comfortable with Excel, data visualization, and report writing is preferred.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines is essential.
