Talent Glider is seeking a skilled Data-Driven Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and managing Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Responsibilities- Google Analytics: Implement and configure GA4 tracking for user behavior, conversions, and advanced reporting.
- Google Tag Manager: Design and deploy custom tracking solutions using GTM, including third-party tools like Google Ads and Meta Pixel.
- Analyze Performance: Analyze website and app performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in tracking, event setup, and troubleshooting, with a proven track record of successfully executing 20+ implementations of GA and GTM. Strong knowledge of event and custom tracking, conversion setup, and UTM parameter analysis is essential.
Requirements- 2-3 years of experience in GA4 and GTM.
- Strong knowledge of event and custom tracking, conversion setup, and UTM parameter analysis.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications include Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager certification, as well as hands-on experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation tracking. Understanding of BigQuery and SQL is a plus.
