The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently. This position provides an opportunity to contribute to operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:- Conduct regular audits of Field Relationship Managers' work to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with FRMs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Prepare and submit detailed audit reports highlighting findings and recommendations.
- Manage and plan daily field visits, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Minimum of 6 months of field or auditing experience.
- Must own a bike and possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
