Job Description\

We are seeking a skilled Senior Design Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing complex mechanical components, including enclosures, consoles, and power systems.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Design and develop mechanical components using CAD software, such as PTC CREO.
  • Conduct simulations and testing to ensure component functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate components into larger systems.
\Required Skills and Qualifications\

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

\
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in plastics/metallic electronic device enclosure design.
  • Proficient in performing static, dynamic, and thermal simulations using Ansys software.
  • Experience in designing mechanical enclosures for electronic consoles, wireless devices, and power systems.

As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching and designing complex mechanical components.
  • Developing and modifying designs to meet customer requirements.
  • Conducting simulations and testing to ensure component functionality and performance.
\Med Device Compliance\

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, including:

\
  • Designing and developing components that meet applicable medical device standards and regulations.
  • Mentoring others in the usage of industry standards and procedures.
\General Responsibilities\

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:

\
  • Working collaboratively with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, and Project Management teams.
  • Identifying and supporting the creation of new procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology.
