Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Communicate effectively with users and peers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving desktop and networking problems.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, and LAN troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of technical support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexible scheduling, including willingness to work outside core business hours as required.
