Project Manager - Interior Design Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our interior design projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Interpret 2D/3D Drawings: Analyze drawings across all disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.) to identify potential execution risks.
  • Design Gap Identification and Risk Mitigation: Anticipate potential execution risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Project Execution Scheduling: Develop detailed project execution schedules with clear task interdependencies.
  • Quality Control and Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections and monitor remotely to ensure quality control and compliance with project timelines.
  • Techincal Guidance and Communication: Provide technical guidance and instructions to Site Supervisors (Project Executives) and maintain smooth communication with customers.
  • Data Analysis and Bottleneck Identification: Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and oversee execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate in Management/Construction Management, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes.
  • Strong background in Project Management/Engineering/Architecture with 3+ years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience in site execution, particularly in home renovation projects.
  • Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Process-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Strong sense of ownership and eagerness to learn.
  • Prior experience in Project Management/Operations is mandatory.
  • Exposure to operations-driven startups is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with strong analytical skills.
