Job Description

We are seeking a creative and innovative Graphics Designer to join our team in India. As a key member of our learning design team, you will play a pivotal role in building engaging and immersive learning experiences for our global audience.

Responsibilities:

\
  • Develop high-quality visual assets, including graphics, videos, gifs, animations, and more, using various tools and technologies such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Ensure all graphics and visuals adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials.
  • Create designs that are responsive to all devices and perform well on various devices and network speeds.
  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to develop multimedia content for learning & development programs.

Requirements:

\
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design with design software.
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure.
  • Experience working across many countries and cultures.
  • Knowledge of software / application / web development trends, graphic & video trends, regulations, and best practices are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter.
  • Continuous improvement and growth mindset.
