About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to fill the position of Study Abroad Coordinator.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of student goals, background, and eligibility to provide personalized guidance.
  • Advise students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies to help them achieve their academic aspirations.
  • Support students throughout the admission process, from application filing to fee payments, ensuring that they receive seamless support every step of the way.
  • Guide students and parents through the visa process, preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Meet targets related to applications, offers, and conversions, driving business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.
  • Participate in training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong English proficiency.
  • An empathetic listener and persuasive communicator, able to build trust with students and families.
  • In-depth knowledge of the international education landscape, including major destinations such as the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication, with a willingness to learn and adapt new systems.
