Job Description:

About Big-Block-Theory:

As a digital marketing specialist in the Web3 space, we're seeking an expert to scale our content production and connect with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling content strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. This includes developing content calendars, identifying key themes, and assisting the design lead with client briefs.
  • Manage social media campaigns end-to-end, staying up-to-date with trends and capitalizing on timely opportunities in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality content production.
  • Identify and fill content gaps by researching trending topics and discussions in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
  • Use project management tools like Notion and Trello to organize and track campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop adaptable content voices and tones while maintaining authenticity.
  • Conduct thorough research to verify facts and find engaging angles for your content.
Requirements:
  • Experience writing threads or short-form social content.
  • Proficiency across various content formats such as Crypto technical documents, X threads, posts, Discord announcements, and crypto blogs is preferred.
  • A solid background in Web3, with particular knowledge of gaming and crypto ecosystems.
  • Understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies.
  • An eye for spotting and capitalizing on trending topics in the Web3 space.
  • Ability to craft engaging tweets that encourage likes, retweets, and replies.
